Harbour Chase at Palm Beach Gardens has had Liberty Rehab in our facility since the first day we opened.  The residents could not be happier with their care. The staff has been consistent since the beginning, which to me and the company as a whole is so important. 

I have been here since the beginning, and have always been proud of my co-workers for going above and beyond for the residents.
