William Meyer and Steven Tendrich started Liberty Rehab in 2004 to staff the many CCRC they were building.  The vision was to have a small boutique rehabilitation company to render care to the Independent Living residents.  Since then we have grown to staff other Assisted Living facilities that are not within the CCRC community without losing our personal touch. Liberty has a 5 star reputation through all these years within the hospital and home health communities.  William wants to keep the pulse on patient care, not the bottom line.

The therapists and Liberty Rehab have been the same employees since inception. That is why consistency is so important. When a person needs to revisit us which happens often, we already know their history. Liberty is connected to the physicians via medical records to ensure we have accurate information and the care is seamless.

Liberty Rehab is a different kind of therapy contract company. We focus on providing boutique-quality rehabilitation services with experienced therapists. The focus is on the patient and their needs, not how much it costs to treat them.

Liberty Rehab has our own Medicare part B provider number.  This can assist when a facility needs to provide outpatient care and does not have a number.  With this number we can provide our services within the home and clinic. 

We retain consultants to assist in readiness for ACHA and JCAHO surveys. Our consultants have 30 plus years in healthcare.

Liberty Consultants are RAC certified, this will ensure care is properly coded and reimbursement is captured with PDPM within the MDS. We’ve assisted many skilled nursing facilities in Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina.
